Smart Treasurer E-Learning Course

In addition to the Guide we  launched a custom developed e-learning module focused on financial oversight. The “Smart Treasurer” e-learning module builds skills for effective financial oversight in a concise, easy to adopt online training program directed at volunteer parent board members and centre supervisors for community based child care programs.

The material is drawn directly from the Financial Section of the Child Care Management Guide. Through introductions, interactive questions and print out forms, the Smart Treasurer can help any board or staff member learn where the money comes from and how to account for spending as well as how to plan for the future.
